What we do…

Experience we’d like to see:
- IOS and/or Android development
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, complexity analysis)
- Undergrad degree in computer science or related field/experience
- 2+ years work experience or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Motivated, independent, efficient and able to handle several projects.
- Friendly, articulate, and interested in working in a fun, small team environment
Essential duties:
- Achieve expert-level understanding of company’s gamification, products, and services.
- Code and prioritize development initiatives
- Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff as the company grows.
Bonus skills/experience:
- Machine learning, artificial intelligence
- Released mobile apps
- Software architecture and/or API design
